Cancellation and Refund Policy

There are times when plans don’t go our way. Fully understanding this, we offer a cancellation and refund policy that is simple and transparent. Please go through the following terms and conditions carefully.

Class Cancellations by Participants

• To cancel a pre-booked class, we request a notice period of at least 24 hours.
• *If you cancel your class within 24 hours of the scheduled time, it may be deducted from your class package or membership without reimbursement.

Workshop, Event, or Retreat Cancellations by Participants

• Canceling a Workshop, Event, or Retreat requires at least 7 days prior notice to be eligible for a full refund.
• *If cancellations are made within seven days of the scheduled date, a partial refund or credit toward future events may be provided.

Membership Cancellation

• Memberships can be canceled at any time. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the ongoing billing cycle.
• For annual memberships, cancellations are accepted within the initial 30 days for a complete refund. Following this period, refunds will not be granted.

Refunds

• Refunds will be provided using the same payment method as the initial transaction.
• Please allow a processing period of 14 to 21 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Will my money be refunded if I cancel Class, Workshop, Event, or Retreat?

Yes! In the event of cancellation, attendees will have the choice between receiving a complete reimbursement or transferring their payment to another available option.

 If I don’t show up to a class without canceling, will I be refunded?

Unfortunately, no- shows will not be refunded. So be sure to cancel your class.
