Yoga Flow (“Yoga Flow”, “We”, “Us”) offers its services through the website www.yogaflowconnects.com (“Website”), collectively referred to as “Services”. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our Services, in addition to other policies like our Privacy Policy, Pricing and Booking a class which are incorporated by reference.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these T&C under Indian law. By accepting these terms, implicitly or explicitly, you also agree to be bound by our policies as updated from time to time. All commercial and contractual terms are agreed upon between you and Yoga Flow. Please read these T&C carefully before using the Services.

Yoga Flow reserves the right to modify the T&C for using the Services without prior notification. Continued use of our Service implies acceptance of the modified T&C.

User Account and Registration:
You must register and login to book your classes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access. Keep your account and registration details accurate for purchase-related communications. By agreeing to the T&C, you consent to receive purchase-related communications and promotional materials.

Yoga Flow may suspend, terminate accounts, or edit content at any time without notice if you violate our T&C or create harm, risk, or legal exposure for us, our users, or others.

Limitations:
Services are available only in select geographies in India as determined by Yoga Flow.

Persons who are legally incapable of entering into contracts are not eligible to use the Services.

Yoga Flow is not liable for damages arising from misuse or violation of the T&C or associated policies.

Yoga Flow does not endorse or advertise products or brands on the Services. Third-party references are for convenience only and do not imply Yoga Flow’s endorsement or recommendation.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR):
All IPR in text, programs, products, processes, technology, and materials appearing on the Services are reserved by Yoga Flow. Access does not confer any IPR license.

Trademarks/brands displayed with prior consent are the property of their respective owners.

Services may not be used commercially without Yoga Flow’s written consent.

Feedback submitted to the Services becomes Yoga Flow’s property.

Objectionable Material:
You agree not to use our Services for illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

Representations and Warranties:
Quality and Accuracy: While Yoga Flow takes considerable care in curating our services, including yoga classes, workshops, and related content, we do not make explicit warranties regarding the efficacy, accuracy, or reliability of these services. The outcomes of our services may vary based on individual user effort and circumstances.

Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge and agree that the use of Yoga Flow’s services, including participating in yoga classes, is at your own risk. Yoga is a physical activity that requires self-awareness to avoid injury. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise regimen. Yoga Flow is not liable for any injury or health issues arising from the use of our services.

Accurate Information: As a user of Yoga Flow, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself as required by the service’s registration or booking process. Providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of your account and denial of access to our services. Yoga Flow reserves the right to verify the information provided and to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders based on inaccurate or incomplete information.

No Illegal Use: You agree not to use Yoga Flow’s services for any unlawful purposes or in a manner that is prohibited by these terms. This includes respecting all intellectual property rights of content available through the services.

Cancellation:
Cancellation Policy

At Yoga Flow, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate these changes while ensuring fairness and the efficient management of our classes and services.

Class Cancellation by Customers:
Advance Notice: Customers can cancel their class bookings up to [24/48] hours before the scheduled class time without any penalty.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than [24/48] hours before the scheduled class time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the class. This fee compensates for the reserved space that could have been offered to other customers.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a class without any prior cancellation notice will result in the full charge of the class fee.

Membership or Package Cancellations:
Customers who have purchased memberships or class packages may cancel within [a specific period, e.g., 7 days] of the purchase for a full refund, provided that no classes from the package have been attended.

If classes have been attended, the refund will be prorated based on the classes already used.

Class Cancellation by Yoga Flow:
Yoga Flow reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or emergencies.

In the event of a class cancellation by Yoga Flow, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Refunds:
Refunds for cancelled classes or packages will be processed within [specify time frame, e.g., 7-14 business days] of the cancellation.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Exceptions:
We understand that life can bring unexpected challenges. Exceptions to our cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for situations such as illness or family emergencies. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Changes to Bookings:
If you cannot attend a class but would like to reschedule, you may do so without any fee, provided the change is made more than [24/48] hours before the scheduled class time. Changes made less than [24/48] hours before the class will be treated as a late cancellation.

We encourage our customers to carefully consider their schedules before booking classes to avoid unnecessary charges. By booking a class at Yoga Flow, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Disputes are governed by Indian law, and jurisdiction lies with Hyderabad courts.

Limitation of Liability:
Yoga Flow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the Services. Liability is limited to the value of products purchased.

Disclaimers:
Yoga Flow reserves the right to limit classes. We are not liable for inaccuracies in service information.

Assignment:
Yoga Flow may assign its rights under these T&C to affiliates or new owners.

Alteration or Amendments to the T&C:
We reserve the right to update our policies and T&C. You are subject to the policies and T&C in force at the time of your order, unless required by law to change. Invalid conditions will not affect the enforceability of remaining conditions.
